To Whom It May Concern:
If you are considering hiring Coleman County Catering for your next event, I not only HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to you but would like to take a moment and share some of my personal experiences working with them.
One my company’s largest and perhaps most important event is our annual client pheasant hunt in Spearman, Texas which takes place the first weekend in December every year. Spearman is a small town in the Panhandle of Texas where dining options are not only limited by essentially nonexistent. Over the years I had received feedback from our clients that the local pizza joint and underwhelming Barbecue and/or Mexican food was an area of improvement we needed to consider.
Coleman County Catering had come highly recommended by members of the Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate as they often cooked for upwards to 300 members and donors during the annual Sale of Champions at the annual Fort Worth Stock Show.
I worked with Scott Smith to develop the menu and requirements for serving our 20-30 guests within our budget at a remote location. Scott was able to deliver a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu that was outstanding which ranged from a full country breakfast to fried quail to beef tenderloin & lobster. He was able to serve dinner in a professional manner on very good dinnerware in one of the most remote areas of Texas in December when the temperatures are well below freezing. Four years later we continue to use their services.
More important than just the outstanding food and price was his and his team’s ability to interact with our clients in a courteous and engaging manner. Many of our clients were so impressed with the food that they approached Scott and his team on the specific marinade, temperature, sauces, etc. used to prepare the food. In short, Scott gave a cooking lesson to a much appreciate and attentive audience that would make Food TV proud.
I can, without any reservation, recommend Coleman County Catering to you and your organization.
If you have any questions please feel free to give me a call.
